Jeweler’s Touch loves helping our clients create lasting memories. That’s why we include a Lifetime Warranty on bridal rings. When you buy an engagement ring or wedding band from Jeweler’s Touch we will care for it, as if it is our own, for a lifetime with no extra charge!
Ring cleaning, stone tightening, polishing, resizing, rhodium plating up to twice a year, re-tipping and all maintenance are included in our free lifetime warranty with the purchase of a bridal ring. Also, your Diamond, up to a 2.00 carat center stone, is covered in case of chipping, cracking, and even loss!
Forever enjoy the most prized piece of jewelry in your collection and rest easy knowing that if anything happens to it, or you simply need to shine it up, you can bring it to Jeweler’s Touch.
Lifetime diamond upgrade
When you purchase a loose diamond or pair of diamond stud earrings from Jeweler’s Touch, you can take advantage of the Jeweler’s Touch Lifetime Upgrade.
For your lifetime you can choose to upgrade your Jeweler’s Touch diamond for the full amount you paid toward another Jeweler’s Touch diamond selling for at least 50% more. You’ll receive a credit towards a larger diamond. The Jeweler's Touch Lifetime Diamond Upgrade excludes lab-grown diamonds.

Layaways
A deposit of 20% down is required to initiate a layaway purchase. The maximum length is 90 days from the date of deposit. A payment needs to be made every month. If no payment is received after 30 days, merchandise will be returned to stock and a store credit will be issued, less a 5% cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted for special ordered, altered, or engraved merchandise.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days as long as it is in salable condition.
Closeout items, custom designed, special orders, engraved, or altered jewelry items are not returnable or exchangeable.
