Jeweler's Touch LIFETIME Commitment:
Jeweler’s Touch loves helping our guests create lasting memories. That’s why we include a Lifetime Warranty on bridal rings. When you buy an engagement ring or wedding band from Jeweler’s Touch, we will care for it as if it is our own, for a lifetime with no extra charge!* This includes:
- Ring Cleaning
- Diamond Tightening
- Polishing
- Resizing
- Rhodium Plating up to twice a year (White Gold)
- Retipping
- All maintenance needed due to normal wear and tear
- Center stone up to 2 carats is covered in case of chipping or loss due to normal wear and tear
Forever enjoy the most prized piece of jewelry in your collection, and rest easy knowing that if anything happens to it, or you simply need to shine it up, you can bring it to Jeweler’s Touch.
*This warranty is non-transferable. Only includes items purchased from Jewelers Touch. Excludes silver, colored gemstones, enamel, black rhodium, ruthenium, alternative metals, and certain patterned and two-tone rings.
All other jewelry is covered by our
Complimentary 2-Year Extra Care Plan, Which includes:
- Ring sizing
- Polishing/Rhodium Plating up to twice a year (White Gold)
- Earring Repair
- Chain soldering
- Re-setting diamonds & colored gemstones
- Clasp tightening or replacement
Complimentary Diamond & Colored Gemstone Warranty
Stones from new jewelry purchases will be replaced at no extra charge due to defects in materials &/or workmanship and as long as it has been inspected & cleaned at Jeweler's Touch twice a year. The best way to maintain your jewelry is to bring it into Jeweler's Touch for a complimentary inspection & cleaning (recommended every 6 months).

LIFETIME NATURAL DIAMOND UPGRADE:
When you purchase a loose diamond or pair of diamond stud earrings from Jeweler’s Touch, you can take advantage of The Jeweler’s Touch Lifetime Natural Diamond Upgrade.**
For your lifetime you can choose to upgrade your Jeweler’s Touch diamond for the full amount you paid toward another Jeweler’s Touch diamond selling for at least 50% more. Just bring in your Jeweler's Touch diamond and you’ll receive a credit towards a larger diamond.

**The Jeweler’s Touch Natural Diamond Lifetime Upgrade is valid on loose diamonds, center engagement ring diamonds, and diamond stud earrings. The Jeweler’s Touch Lifetime Natural Diamond Upgrade excludes all lab-created diamonds. The diamond must be undamaged and accompanied by original documents in reusable condition. Lifetime Natural Diamond Upgrade is non-transferable.
Special-Order Diamond Exception. Since Jeweler's Touch does not keep these diamonds in stock, we will assist you in the sale of your special-order diamond when you purchase a diamond priced at least 50% greater than the highest price we can find for your diamond at that time.
Repairs:
Jeweler’s Touch has a one-year warranty on all repairs. Warranty is limited to the area where the work was performed. Damages, improper maintenance, or modifications not executed by Jeweler’s Touch, are not covered under the warranty.
Any item you leave with Jeweler's Touch is fully insured while it is in our possession.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days as long as it is in salable condition and not altered in any way. Closeout items, custom-designed, special orders, engraved, or altered jewelry items are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
