A deposit of 20% down is required to initiate a layaway purchase. The maximum length is 90 days from the date of deposit. A payment needs to be made every month. If no payment is received after 30 days, merchandise will be returned to stock and a store credit will be issued, less a 5% cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted for special ordered, altered, or engraved merchandise.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days as long as it is in salable condition. Closeout items, custom designed, special orders, engraved, or altered jewelry items are not returnable or exchangeable.
