Do you specialize in a particular area? If so, please tell us about your specialty.Marketing. My specialty is knowing a little bit about everything here at JT.
How did you get started in the jewelry industry?My wife has been in the industry since 1988 so I've been around it most of my life.
What do you love most about working in the jewelry industry?Being part of an industry that is based around celebrations (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, etc...) is great. People buying jewelry are always happy, either they're happy to be buying a gift for someone special or happy to be buying a special gift for themselves.
Tell us a fun fact about you or Jeweler's Touch.We have a much larger studio than most other jewelry stores. Many jewelry stores do not have a Goldsmith and the custom or repair work needs to be sent far away to be finished. Most jewelry stores, if they even have a Goldsmith onsite, have only one or two. But here at Jeweler's Touch, we have 7 full-time expert Goldsmiths. This allows us to finish custom jobs and repairs quickly while keeping the quality of our work second to none.
